Catuai from Finca Lerida’s Ruby Ridge in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1600–1835 m and washed. The cup is clean and bright, with pomelo and white grape acidity, finishing in cane sugar and sweet orange. A light-medium roast suited to filter brewing.
