A single-variety 74158 from Alo village in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia, grown above 2,300 m and processed as a G1 natural. High elevation brings refined acidity and clear sweetness; the light roast keeps white florals and bergamot while the natural process adds mango, peach and blueberry jam. Best as filter coffee.
