This lot comes from high-elevation West Arsi in Ethiopia, an Heirloom washed coffee after a slow iron-tank low-temperature soak. The cup is clean and bright: yellow peach sweetness, strawberry, and a pear-like lift, with a ripe peach-wine note on the finish. A light roast keeps the fruit distinct for filter brewing.
