Colombia Nariño Castillo Blackberry Honey Co-Fermented

C56 哥倫比亞 娜玲瓏 黑莓共同發酵 蜜處理 中淺焙單品咖啡豆

From Nariño, one of Colombia’s higher-altitude regions, this Castillo lot is co-fermented with blackberries then dried as honey. The cup is overtly berry-forward—blackberry jam, blueberry and purple grape—finishing with a peach-yoghurt lactic softness.
