Guji Hambella Wate Kurume Honey
E75 衣索比亞 谷吉 罕貝拉 花蝶 蜜處理 G1 Kurume|2026 TOH 冠軍同批次
This lot is from Wate washing station in Guji Hambella, Ethiopia—the same honey-processed Kurume as the 2026 AFCA Taste of Harvest honey-category winner, grown at 2,250–2,400 m. Mucilage left on during drying gives ripe peach, lychee and strawberry sweetness, tightened by bergamot and lemon peel, with a long gardenia finish and a silkier, fuller body than washed Guji.

About Ethiopia
The birthplace of Arabica, where coffee still grows wild in the forests. Most is grown by smallholders and processed at washing stations, so lots are usually named by region and station. Washed coffees are famous for florals, citrus and tea; naturals for intense berries and tropical fruit.
